No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except for aggregators and providers of the text message services that we use to deliver the messages you have requested.

1. What information do we collect?

The personal information you disclose to us

In Short: We collect personal information that you provide to us.

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when registering at the Services or Apps, expressing an interest in obtaining information about us or our products and services, when participating in activities on the Services or Apps, or otherwise contacting us. Information automatically collected

In Short: Some information, such as IP address and/or browser and device characteristics, is collected automatically when you visit our Services or Apps. This includes device and usage information used primarily to maintain the security and operation of our Services and for internal analytics and reporting. We do not receive your text messaging opt-in data from third parties; it is collected only directly from you.

In Short: We process your information for purposes based on legitimate business interests, the fulfillment of our contract with you, compliance with our legal obligations, and/or your consent. Categories include: cloud hosting and infrastructure; customer relationship management and messaging delivery (including the text-message aggregators and carriers that deliver the calls and texts you have asked to receive); invoice and billing (for example, PayPal and Stripe); web and mobile analytics; and data backup and security.

Your text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any of the categories above except the aggregators and carriers strictly required to deliver your messages. This data is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

5. Do we use cookies and other tracking technologies?

In Short: We may use cookies and similar tracking technologies (like web beacons and pixels) to access or store information. You can refuse certain cookies through your browser settings.

6. Do we use Google Maps?

In Short: Yes, we use Google Maps to provide better service. By using our Maps API implementation, you agree to be bound by Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

7. How do we handle your social logins?

In Short: If you choose to register or log in using a social media account, we may receive certain profile information about you (such as your name, email address, and profile picture). We use this information only for the purposes described in this policy. We do not control how your third-party social media provider uses your information.

8. How long do we keep your information?

In Short: We keep your information only as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this policy unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. No purpose will require us to keep your personal information for longer than 2 years past the termination of the user's account.

9. How do we keep your information safe?

In Short: We aim to protect your personal information through a system of organizational and technical security measures. However, no transmission over the internet can be guaranteed 100% secure.

10. Do we collect information from minors?

In Short: We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18 years of age. If we learn that personal information from users under 18 has been collected, we will deactivate the account and take reasonable measures to promptly delete such data.

11. What are your privacy rights?

12. Data breach

You will be notified about data breaches when Mastermind Marketing, Inc believes you are likely to be at risk of serious harm. We will promptly investigate any security breach and notify the applicable Supervisory Authority not later than 72 hours after becoming aware of it, unless the breach is unlikely to result in a risk to the rights and freedoms of natural persons.

13. Controls for do-not-track features

Most browsers and some mobile operating systems include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature. No uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized, so we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals. If a standard is adopted in the future, we will inform you in a revised version of this policy.

14. Do California residents have specific privacy rights?

In Short: Yes. California Civil Code Section 1798.83 ("Shine The Light") permits California residents to request information about categories of personal information disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes. To make such a request, please contact us in writing using the information below.

15. Do we make updates to this policy?

In Short: Yes, we will update this policy as necessary to stay compliant with relevant laws. The updated version will be indicated by an updated "Revised" date and will be effective as soon as it is accessible.
